Shipping policy

We aim to provide a simple, reliable delivery service so your order reaches you safely and quickly.

Order & Payment Cut-Off

Orders placed and successfully paid for before 3:45pm (Monday – Friday) will usually be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 3:45pm will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Options

We currently offer the following Royal Mail tracked services:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed - £7.50

A reliable tracked delivery service with signature on arrival.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Signed - £8.50

A faster tracked delivery service with signature on arrival.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.

Shipment Limits

To help protect products during transit, we apply a maximum of 2 vaporizers per shipment.

If your order contains more than 2 vaporizers, it will be split into multiple tracked shipments where necessary to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
